What do you need to start?5 years’ experience of working in IT Service Delivery and/or Service Management rolesAdvanced knowledge of at least one of following domains: NetCom: Network (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi), Audio/Video Conferencing and Telephony Infra Security: Data Protection, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Incident detection and response management Data Center: Physical & Virtual Servers, Backup solutions, Monitoring tools Digital Workplace: Collaboration platform (Microsoft Office 365) and Messaging Endpoints: Endpoints deployment, Patching & Software distribution, PC/Mac provisioning & support, PC Antivirus / Encryption / Backup Experience in senior stakeholder management and their expectations is a must.Good understanding of ITIL guidelines and practices.
