Inside Sales Representative with Italian in Bucuresti

Job Description Dealing with Sugar CRM creating leads (Base data) creating accounts (customer related data) creating contacts (special contacts within clients outside of main contact) updating activities with MOM information create reminders and follow-up tasks Dealing with Navision where necessary   Manage Jira tickets new requests customer problems to be reported etc. Dealing with xls client lists (research information) Other systems and SW applications, which might apply Cold Calls Customer communication with Eurowag customer ( e-mail communication, telephone communication) Preparing proposals-drafts for sales people (templates) and other sales related material Checking or filling CDF forms and processing them with internal departments until customer is activated Other administrative support (preparing contracts, declarations and all other necessary documents) Pricelists     Interacting with HQ CC staff on resolution of incidents/questions Dealing with external (authorities, partners, clients) and internal entities/stakeholdersOrganizing internal company meetings (sales meetings, etc.) and client events Keeping the minutes of the meetings and following the deadlines as well as the fulfillment of the tasks Translations from/to EN, DE, IT Qualifications Fluent knowledge of  Italian and English Communicative knowledge of English language it’s a must. PC User knowledge (MS Office) Experience with communication with the customers Customer service experience highly preferred Ability to learn about various products, and display and share this knowledge in a confident manner. Have a understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations Sales Goals, Have a willingness to follow though to see that every customer receives their product and its satisfied with the outcome.
