About the company A live-gaming international platform company with worldwide operations. The company is a provider of a live-dealer, live-gaming platform for online gaming operators. It has studios and subsidiaries in USA, Costa-Rica, Latvia, Malta, Bulgaria, and Israel. About the role: We are looking for an execution-oriented Configuration Manager to join our team and to manage, coordinate and execute various configuration tasks throughout different projects and departments.  The day-to-day work includes coordinating and liaising with commercial, technical, and operational teams, to ensure system configuration requirements are successfully delivered on schedule. You are expected to be skilled at understanding business requirements and working closely with stakeholders from different departments in order to accurately deliver the technical and configurational requirements. Responsibilities: Own, manage and deliver configuration tasks and projects based on company needs Full understanding of the Backend systems abilities and mastering its usage Assure the correct configuration of Ezugi systems and products Perform integration tests and troubleshooting, and manage the relevant configuration actions Analyze to integrations, games and table configurations issues Handle support tickets raised by clients Document the company’s configuration tools abilities and usage Create systems configuration status Work closely with different departments to support their objectives and goals Perform other related duties as assigned You will be handling the requirements for: Operator production branding configuration Tables configuration Games configuration Limits configuration Currencies configuration Client languages and Localization Supporting software applications installation and settings BO management New clients integration management Requirements: Problem solving, analytical and communication abilities. Technical understanding of software development and web technologies, ideally i-gaming Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills High level knowledge and usage of Office and Google suit Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent English is a must Personality: We are looking for an independent, detail oriented, self-driven team-player, who can multi task and manage multiple requests through different projects simultaneously. You must be organized, ambitious and creative self-learner, who can cope and deliver in a dynamic and fast growing working environment.
