IT Support (nice to have) Testing (nice to have) JIRA (junior) iOS (junior) Android (junior) English (advanced) As an Integration Specialist, you will come up against new problems and find new ways to test and “break” our technology to build it stronger every time. Technically minded and versatile, you will be operating in and outside your knowledge base, tackling new problems and getting to the root of the issue. You’ll get to work with our highly talented, playful and creative team to problem-solve and collaborate on solutions. In addition, you’ll assist clients, and test products live in the field! Key ResponsibilitiesTesting and tinkering with GeoComplys location, compliance and antifraud apps: both pre-launch and once they are live;Creating test cases and testing pre-launch, post-launch, and everything in between;Perform UX & Compliance testing and create analyses and presentations detailing results;Create and maintain test cases, including any outside of the knowledge base;Perform manual live environment testing of products according to test cases and checklists from GeoComply Lab;Work with DevOps and Product teams on new launches that require pre-launch testing;Record defects found and assign priority to defects according to the QA and UX guidance;Provide insights on customer needs and values internally and externally;Develop subject matter expertise on GeoComplys products, technologies and Solutions;Deliver the highest level of quality within the launch date of production;Own the delivery and onboarding process for handoff to production release;Support clients through kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, testing, and launch;Proactively working with key contacts to highlight any potential issues, integration problems, or compliance risks;Work with the customer service managers and clients to deliver periodic status updates on integration health to key stakeholders;Become the trusted advisor for both internal and external partners;Maintain relationships with customer product/integration owners;Prepare customer-facing reports summarizing operator integration status, security standards, and provide meaningful examples of current issues; Identify opportunities for areas of improvement by providing clear and constructive feedback;Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, processes, and technologies;Maintain detailed records of conversations, requirements, and actions on each project for organizational-wide visibility. Who You AreYou are intensely curious and love to tinker with things until you find an explanation;Absolutely must have a good understanding of phones and technology;You like working through procedures and trying different approaches;You jump into new challenges head first even when they are off-script, outside of your knowledge base, or there is no manual associated with them;You may have a background in UX, Performance Engineer, QA testing, scripting, manual testing, or building tests from cases, Sys admin, or IT / Technical support roles;Some technical background, comfortable with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows;Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents (software requirements and design specifications, standards and regulations);Troubleshoot live environment issues in real-time (time and cost-effectively);Post-secondary education or training in a relevant field;Enjoy occasional trips when needed for testing or clients.
