Job DescriptionThe Internal Sales is responsible for the full order intake process for different key customer accounts. This includes both ensuring correct and efficient processing of all incoming orders and providing support to the people working in the different affiliates.Tasks & responsibilities Check the offers in the calculator program to eliminate errorsSend the orders to SAPPrepare the invoicing schedule for the finance departmentCommunicate with several departments (engineering, planning, purchase, transport , finance) to ensure efficient processing of the ordersDirect communication with end customers about the scheduled delivery of the ordersSingle point of contact for all order intake-related questions Qualifications Your profile You have a degree and 1-3 years experience in an administrative roleYou are very precise in administrative tasksYou like to communicate with different people from different international departmentsYou are a team playerYou are not afraid to work in a challenging environment with lots of varietyYou can work independently to prioritize your own tasksYou have good knowledge of the MS Office packageYou are fluent in English.
