You’ll be part of a team that drives employer branding projects and contributes to talent attraction & retention.The position will involve working on all aspects of employer branding – including job fairs & events, recruiting projects and advertising initiatives.Your responsibilities or What does your to-do list look like:· Support in the preparation and coordination of job fairs, student competitions and programs, networking events and company presentations.· Support in the preparation of all necessary items for the events: contract, location, transportation, accommodation, recruiting booth, flyers, posters, banners, promotional materials, program agenda.· Responsible with creation and update of advertising materials and orders.· Responsible for organizing Onboarding Sessions for newcomers and distribution of welcome packages.· Support for the internal communication actions regarding internal recruiting programs.· Contributor for social media posts and Career Page updates.Job Requirements or How to Get Your Foot in the Door:• Student in HR, design, communication, public relations, or similar field.• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).• Communication skills, high engagement, and ability for teamwork.• Structured, analytical, strategic, and self-dependent way of working.• Passion for details, quality oriented and good in time management• Knowledge in InDesign and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.We are Passionate about: Bringing in our expertise to drive results through our Integration Program in a professional & dynamic team; Fostering a company culture that stand by our employees through our medical subcription plans: medical insurance, life insurance, 1000 RON net/Year for dental services.
