You will work closely with other Support Lines and 3rd party vendors. Our goal is to automate and work smart. Our systems are based on Microsoft Azure Cloud, O365 portal (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, N-Able RMM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SOTI Mobile Device Management and Fortinet solutions for networks (Fortigate`s, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer). We have over 4000 users, 1600 PC`s & 200 remote sites. Your responsibilities:● Maintain and administer O365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc.)● Maintain and administer MS Azure resources (VMs, Virtual Networks, SaaS solutions, storage etc.)● Basic and advanced configurations on network devices consisting of Fortinet solutions● Management of Active Directory and Windows Server systems● Management of N-Able RMM and Mobile Devices Management System● Monitoring system events for pro-active action● Troubleshooting errors that occur● Support for resolving and addressing user problems. What we’re looking for:● At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT and Network Administrator in a company with more than 500 users● Experience with Azure and O365 management and security● Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server ● Experience with Fortinet network solutions or similar (e.g. CISCO). Nice to have: ● PowerShell scripting knowledge● Basic knowledge of Linux system● Knowledge, experience and interest in network, integrations and IT architecture.
