We are looking for a IT Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a person with a solid approach to system administration and problem solving. In this role, you will serve as a Support Specialist, primarily focusing on Microsoft Windows 365 and Azure Endpoint Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to users, addressing issues related to virtual desktops, networking, Office 365 applications, and other related services. With us, you start with a specialized course that will prepare you for work in our company. Responsibilities: Help Desk Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all Windows 365 related queries. Virtual Desktop Expertise: Specialize in supporting Microsoft’s virtual desktop including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Problem Resolution: Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues related to Windows 365 and its applications, ensuring minimal downtime for users. User Support and Training: Assist users in understanding and utilizing Windows 365, particularly the virtual desktop features. Provide guidance to enhance user competency. Documentation: Keep detailed records of user issues and resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for recurring problems. Collaboration: Work closely with IT team members to resolve complex issues and to enhance the overall functionality of the Windows 365 environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position Strong understanding of Windows 365 and its components, including security and compliance features Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as manage help desk service levels appropriately Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with remote desktop support tools and techniques Bachelor's degree in Computer Science  Good task organization Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2/C1)   Nice to have: Admin certifications (Qlik, Azure, Tableau, etc.) Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus. MacOS experience a plus.
