You will take responsibility for application development specifically within our Oracle CX cloud system and in house B2B solution. This will include verification with business stakeholdersDocumentation - you will create process documentation, user-friendly learning documents for our systems and performance reports for IT systemsPlanning and Control - You will assist with IT roadmap planning as well as budget planning. Further you will take over the continuous review of IT systems performance and determine cost/productivity. In this context, you will organize and optimize existing processes to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiencyProject Support - Together with your team you will coordinate, support and manage European IT projects.
