That’s where you come in! What you will be doing We are looking for a TA Specialist specialized in IT roles. You will be based in Poland, preferably close to Poznan and will be overseeing recruiting activities for our IT functions. These are some of the roles we hire in this area: System or Service Delivery Analyst, Deployment Specialist, Filed Service Technician, DevOps Engineer or IT Project Manager.In this role, you will have a hands-on approach in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from the definition of the hiring need until the offer is accepted, delivering a high-level experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the cycle. You will be able to bring your market knowledge to the table and use these knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies and keep a solid candidate pipeline.
