In this role, you will...
- Be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining workstations or network peripherals;
- Provide user with IT support related to their laptops, mobile, printers, access, application etc.
- Write explanatory documents for software installation;
- Adapt and diversifying the IT Level 1 Support based on needs;
- Prepare of activity reports: daily and / or weekly;
- Ensure the security of software and hardware products and data in accordance with company policies;
- Respond promptly to any problem reported in order to solve or escalate, respecting the working procedures and the reaction time provided.
We are looking for someone with following background
- With or without prior experience in IT Support role - technician;
- Knowledge in providing technical support for Windows, Office365, Users, VPN, Virtualisation, network;
- Knowledge of data transfer and communications equipment;
- Very good knowledge of common software packages;
- Networking knowledge (cabling, routers, servers, firewalls);
- Passionate about IT;
- Ability to work both in a team and individually;
- Occasionally, willing to work outside business hours and/or night-shifts.
- Foreign languages: knowledge of English.
- B - Driving License (nice to have)
