Responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Services Analyst to join our IT team in Bucharest and provide hands-on technical support to our internal users across office and factory locations.

This is an operational IT support role, focused on troubleshooting, user support, and on-site interventions.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for internal users, ensuring a smooth and reliable IT experience
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site, including troubleshooting and fault rectification
  • Escalate complex cases to advanced support teams with proper documentation and follow-up
  • Deliver frontline IT support, incident management, and service excellence in SLA-driven environments
  • Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end through the ticketing system
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access configuration
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Provide regular on-site field support at our Popești-Leordeni and Dragomirești factory locations
  • Participate in the on-call support rotation (1 week per month)

  • Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience providing day-to-day technical support for hardware and software systems

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and proper escalation when required

  • Experience delivering frontline IT support, incident management, and service delivery in SLA-driven environments

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to ensure timely and effective resolution of users’ issues, queries, or complaints

  • Experience working with ticketing systems (, ServiceNow or similar)

  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management principles (ITIL awareness is preferred)

  • Ability to assist in hardware and software evaluation and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives

  • Valid Category B driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English
