We
are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead our hotel's technology
operations, ensuring seamless digital experiences for guests and staff at our
premier property.
Key
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers,
POS systems, PMS (Property Management Systems), and guest Wi-Fi. - Manage hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and
cybersecurity protocols. - Lead troubleshooting for IT issues, minimizing downtime
during peak operations. - Collaborate with department heads to implement tech
solutions enhancing guest services and operational efficiency. - Supervise IT team or vendors, develop disaster recovery
plans, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
field. - 5+ years in IT management, ideally in
hospitality/hotels. - Expertise in hotel-specific systems (e.g., Opera/EMMA,
Micros, cloud services). - Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of networking
(Cisco/CCNA preferred), and cybersecurity best practices. - Excellent English communication and very strong
communication and soft skills
