For our corporate office in Timisoara we are looking to hire an IT Program Manager within the Automotive Business Unit enabling IT Solutions on EDI Integration requirements with our customers on new or changing Automotive Standards.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do :
- Understand, manage and define related Implementation requirements as forecast globally and define scope in time and function per Customer's guidance with local Customer Focus Team and Site IT;
- Coordinate and address CorpIT Services needed to develop and implement in time, quality and against customer requirements being defined;
- Enable Flex process standards and support Flex forward strategy being defined.;
- Understand and manage an E2E process model understanding across EDI into ERP Processes on Order-to-Ship including Shopfloor Systems (MES);
- Support Business unit defined IT Service Interface roles for Automotive with and into CorpIT functions in Design and Built;
- Handle the planning and coordination of all aspects of internal information system - specific projects from initiation to delivery;
- Coordinate projects of varying degrees of complexity from design to production;
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning;
- Perform feasibility and impact assessments;
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones;
- Assess causes of problems and provides technical support and direction to resolve issues;
- Create and maintain technical and project documentation;
- Conduct presentations of technical information;
- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
Here is some of what you’ll need :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent systems experience;
- 8 years of information technology experience;
- Expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
- Expertise in complex functional/ technical area or broad knowledge in multiple areas;
- Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to top management;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
