Job Description IT / Technology Recruiter – Bucharest, RomaniaWe are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You would be hiring a high level technical specialists in Romania but you could also be involved in international projects. You will be working directly with the hiring managers, country and technology leaders and you with have an end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process. You would be a part of the experienced and supportive international team hiwing in 24 countries across EMEA.The Role:• Qualifying vacancies within the business and working on them as a project securing end-to-end delivery from sourcing candidates to the offer release and onboarding• Assuring an excellent hiring experience to our candidates• Reporting and internal client management • Working closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team based in the UK, Germany, France, Poland and Indi• Working closely with the TA team and Hiring Managers to understand current and predicted demand. Agree a delivery plan against open vacancies • 3rd parties’ management (vendors)• Participating in global- and driving local projects leading to the improvement of the hiring efficiency and candidate experience• Promoting Infosys as a brand, participating in professional and social media projects with a view to attract candidates and strengthen company messaging to the market Attributes:• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience within either an agency or in-house background• A proven strong track of delivery in several countries• Excellent sourcing skills across a variety of channels • Proven ability to work independently and within the team• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority• Can-do, creative attitude with a project-like approach to work• Strong networker with a good market knowledge• A passion for delivery and a good candidate experience• Fluent Romanian and good EnglishAbout us:Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
