Activities:

• Provide CrowdStrike support;
• Provide McAfee support;
• Manage CrowdStrike Falcon agent deployment on OT scope using Tanium Interract;
• Monitor the agent's coverage rate;
• Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams:application team, Monitoring team, Infrastructure team and local teams in the plants.

Skills:

• Knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon;
• Knowledge of McAfee antivirus;
• Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server;
• Knowledge of Linux (Red hat, CentOS);
• Basic understanding of ITIL (RUN, CHANGE);
• Capacity to work in a multicultural environment;
