IT Security ServiceNOW Business Analyst Your Key Responsibilities Development and participation in the implementation of requirements for processes and applications for end users within the framework of IT Security Management Conceptualization and/or initiation of further developments with a focus on ServiceNow and SAP ERP, ideally technical knowledge in this environment Customer-oriented consulting and support of relevant stakeholders and our global business Interface function to the global ServiceNow Platform development teams Support of agile projects for the further development of global services using agile frameworks Provide technical and process documentations for internal teams and external end user and stakeholders Your Qualifications A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered Minimum of 5 years of technical professional experience with ServiceNow Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions using ServiceNow Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes with ServiceNow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language High motivation to work in a global and agile environment Fluent in English spoken and written, German is also beneficial ServiceNow Certifications are desirable (CAD and CIS) Experience in the SAP ERP suite  Our Offer Opportunity to be a part of  a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.
