IT Service Desk Position in Arad

Works independently to creatively diagnose and resolve enterprise hardware, software and network issues and engages and manages technology vendors as needed to do so. Assists in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, documenting and supporting enterprise technology solutions through all phases of the systems development lifecycle. Leads small to mid-size projects and/or serves as a technical project resource on larger projects.Work Shift Day (Romania)
