Join us as IT Service Desk Specialist! You will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining availability of our services. An ideal candidate will be: Interested in Technology and will be willing to learn and develop new skills Advanced in English spoken and written Fluent in Polish Effective in troubleshooting technical issues and in monitoring platform performance Autonomous and creative team player Goal-oriented with strong communication skills Detail oriented and precise Able to work under pressure and cope with challenging situations.
