Your new role – challenging and future-oriented The job involves heterogeneous requirements concerning SW, HW, databases and Microsoft-based programs linked to the production processes and and also involves managing, controlling and reporting tasks; Maintenance and further development of Sykatec business applications with a focus on the production-oriented applications; Impelment and maintain IT infrastructure within manufacturing processes First-level support for Sykatec business applications, including on-call support in the current Sykatec working time models; Installing, configuring and maintaining of IT systems as well as solving specific issues. Solve troubleshoot system and network problems Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults Repairing equipment and replacing parts Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate University degree as information scientist and practical experience; Network knowledge, server setup, structure, administration, network; Knowledge in programming languages and databases is an advantage Knowledge in setting up IT HW (PC, Notebook…); Good spoken and written command of English.
