English (advanced) Analytical Thinking (advanced) IT Support (advanced) Team Leadership (advanced) A hybrid work model that incorporates solutions developed by the leader and the team In Business Services & Automation we focus on the automation of processes used by Allegro staff (e.g. we develop chatbots, mailbots and robotization) and make sure they are satisfied with the IT service and tools available. We implement the latest tried and tested technologies to support back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UIPath, Asana, etc.). Our department has more than 100 experts and engineers on its payroll across teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX Tech, Commerce Tech, HR Tech and Finance Tech. We are looking for people who Are experienced in managing 1st/2nd line it support teams in medium to large organizationsHold a degree in Information Technology / related fieldAre used to working and leading projects in an international environmentHave hands-on experience with implementing efficiency-driving technical solutions (RPA, chatbots, AI etc.)Display attention to detail and strong analytical skillsCan communicate effortlessly in English (minimum B2 level) with various stakeholders, including C-level management Your main responsibilities Managing and developing 1st line IT support team which serves Allegro employees across Poland, preparing it to transfer from local into international, Allegro Mall Group service, available for employees in CZ, SK, SL, HU and CRMonitoring, reporting, analyzing and assuring teams’ KPIs are met (ie. SLA, CSAT)Cooperating with 2nd and 3rd line support Team Leaders and Managers in order to support international IT projects and deliver long-term company goalsIncreasing team efficiency and cost-effectiveness by developing existing and introducing new automation solutions (ie. chatbot, RPA)Providing valuable feedback and implementing changes to company-wide processes supported by 1st line support team in order to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction What we offer A hybrid work model that you will agree on with your leader and the team.
