Industry : Automotive Assignment type : B2B Rate: 100 - 120PLN/H B2b Project length : long-term cooperation Model of work: remote Start: ASAP Project language : English /  French RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation/ processing of tickets in JIRA (created directly by users or sent by email/Teams) Ticket qualification (anomaly, evolution, task) and ticket prioritization (blocking/ major/ minor) Implementation of tracking labels. Analysis of the ticket to reproduce it in pre-production environment alone or with the help of developers. Daily organization of the activity with the developers (priority management, shift of tickets taking into account the peaks of activity of the countries Pre-production patch testing. Preparation of releases/ hotfix. Maintain HQ or country dashboards. Reporting and updating of KPIs (number of tickets opened, vehicles impacted) Communication with countries to provide regular feedback through formal points WE OFFER: Transparently built relations based on trust and fair play.
