The Project Manager is one of the main eCommerce consultants in relation with the clients and the development team. (S)he is the owner of the project throughout the entire lifecycle of the project delivery, guiding the client and the team towards eCommerce delivery best practices, ensuring the appropriate balance between client’s needs, delivery capabilities, milestones and project management triple constraint: scope (quality is implied), time and budget.The Project Manager leads and manages the assigned Projects ensuring project’s initiation, preparation, execution and closure according to the delivery processes and principles. He also participates in business development pitches/meeting with prospects. Responsibilities:Manage the project delivery on scope, budget, time and quality (· Clarify project scope, budget, time and quality · Develop the project plan · Direct and manage project execution according to plan · Monitor and control project work · Manage the change requests · Close project)Manage the project scope (· Clarify the project scope · Define quality requirements and tracking mechanisms · Monitor and control the project scope and quality)Manage the project time (· Define and prioritize project activities and deliverables · Estimate resources and durations, and develop the project schedule · Monitor and Control the project schedule)Manage the project resources (· Define staffing needs and formalize them in internal systems · Work with Resource Managers to fill in required roles and/or adjust the delivery plans to accommodate variations · Monitor and control timecards)Manage the project budget (· Estimate / update the project budget · Monitor and Control the project budget)Manage the project risks (· Identify and evaluate the project risks · Plan risk responses· Monitor and control the project risks)Manage the project communication process (· Identify stakeholders and plan communication · Collect, disseminate and store the project information · Manage stakeholders’ expectations)Contribute to project management excellence (•Contribute to the development of project management best practice techniques and tools •Evangelize the project management methodology and tools amongst the delivery team) Technical Skills and Experience· +5 years of experience on project teams or professional services environments in support or delivery-related roles;· +3 years in project leadership roles· Experience in custom application development and all phases of the software development lifecycle· Experience managing projects in a systems integration environment would be a great plus· Ability to define, put in place and track objective measures for complex projects relating scope, quality, timeline, budget and stakeholder engagement· Experience in organizing, planning, executing and monitoring & controlling projects of varying complexity, delivering them within specified scope, timeframes and budgets Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and establishing task prioritization· Experience guiding, hiring and training development practices within a team and project-based environment· Experience in one or more of the following business solutions: eCommerce, content management, media and publishing, consumer products, on-line customer support, knowledge management and collaboration would be a great plus
