WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Leading the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, qualification and proposal submission

Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public and private sector tender portals

Develop compelling and persuasive bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models and technical responses

Coordinate and facilitate bid review meetings

Independent management and coordination of EU/NATO funding projects in the civil defense sector

Proactive tracking of milestones in the preparation of quotations and the associated initiation of corrective measures

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Successfully completed studies, for example in the fields of industrial engineering or business administration

Professional experience in a comparable position in bid management, preferably in the defense industry

Knowledge of Romanian government procurement processes and regulations, as well as familiarity with the Romanian market, contract law and regulations

Commercial and technical expertise as well as intercultural skills

Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
