WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Oversee of the department in accordance with the company and internal objectives Leading and coordination of all aspects related with the Site and Partners under Quality scope Budget planning, tracking and adjustment in coordination with the department objectives Developing and implementing the department-specific strategy for forecasted growth Develop and execution of specific training activities and workshops Represent the main interface with the final customer Leading of ERP implementation in his area of activity KPI’s development, implementation and reporting Ownership for all related documents of the department, elaboration of specific procedures and instructions, alignment with national and international norms, including archive and distribution by the case. Ownership for implementation, maintaining and continuity of all specific accreditations (ISO…) Ownership for Quality Master File at plant level and Quality tools required for industry and performance goals Responsible to develop Supplier Quality function at site level WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent disciplines Several years of relevant professional experience (automotive industry, Tier1/OEM) in the areas of QM, warranty management, supplier development and quality standards Good level for MS Office, SAP or equivalent ERP and project management skills Business fluent in writen and spoken English skills, German language is considered an advantage High resilience, goal orientation and ability to deal with conflict Process-oriented, strategic way of thinking WHAT WE OFFER YOU Competitive compensation package Creative and dynamic working environment Flexible working time models Ensuring work-life balance Innovative solutions for the future of mobility and security Individual and diverse external and internal development opportunities, including the Rheinmetall Academy We are looking forward to receive your application documents.
