To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Teamlead Projects & Governance (m/f/d) for the IT department: Your tasks Recording and review of project requirements from the Hauhinco Group, comparison with existing project portfolio and prioritization in coordination with Group CIO Planning and managing IT projects for complex IT solutions in an international context with high security requirements Multi-project management according to time, cost and quality specifications including support and rollout Proposal management, including advice and support for sales and coordination of proposal preparation Identification, coordination and management of change requests and enhancement requests Managing suppliers, developers and partners in collaboration with the specialist departments and purchasing Technical management of external project staff Your qualification Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with personnel responsibility Several years of professional experience in the management of complex IT projects, ideally in agile or hybrid project management Certification according to PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2 an advantage Very good knowledge of project and risk management as well as project controlling Initiative and very good communication skills, business fluent in written and spoken English High level of commitment and resilience in a changing environment Independent working style paired with a high level of responsibility and assertiveness We offer An open-ended employment contract mobile working on some days of the week and by arrangement A varied workplace with a lot of personal responsibility a good work-life balance in a family working environment performance-related pay 30 days vacation / year and flexible working hours Capital-forming benefits Professional training and qualification opportunities Have we piqued your interest?
