Junior Asset Accountant in Bucuresti

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe SES group makes very significant investments in property, plant and equipment (‘PP&E’) to support the development of its satellite operations and associated technical and commercial services. The Asset Accounting team is responsible for maintaining the financial records for PP&E in SAP, working closely other Finance departments as well as the Engineering, Procurement and Logistic teams.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Asset Accounting team in Bucharest, in a growing multinational organization, within a dynamic industry. You will bring your contribution to the daily activities of the team. The Junior Asset Accountant role is for a fixed period of one year. You will receive training and support from team members for all the activities mentioned below. You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):The main activity for this role will be the capitalization process in SAP. You will review and reconcile the costs for the completed CapEx projects and transfer them into the depreciation cycle.
