Job Description

Netcentric is looking for Junior Backend Developers to join our team! You will have the chance to rapidly increase your coding skills and learn from the best in the field. Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

• A proactive mindset, who shares his ideas and brings them to life
• Good knowledge about object-oriented programming and commonly used programming languages (we work with Java, but if you know OOP, we can help you learn!)
• Capacity to understand requirements to define technical solutions
• Basic knowledge of development of RESTful Web Services or experience integrating REST-based APIs
• Basic knowledge of any version control system and dependency management and building tool (we work with Git and Maven, but any experience helps)
• Experience with Unit testing and Test Driven Development makes us even happier
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional education is a plus but not required.
