Add the international exposure and the possibility for career growth and the only thing were left to say is: Are you ready to make it happen?A Taste of What Youll Be DoingSupport Demand Planning Process - Collaborate closely with the Business Team & Distributors to support the local demand planning and forecasting process.Generate Demand Forecasts - Prepare and generate mid-long term demand planning forecasts, enriching and finalizing short-term horizon forecasts.Resolve Overages - Identify action plans to resolve overages, coordinating with Customer Service and key account managers.Process and KPI Improvements - Identify and support process and KPI improvements.Drive Consensus on S&OP Volumes - Facilitate consensus within the cross-functional team on monthly Sales and Operations Planning volumes and present them to local management.Effective Delist/New SKU Execution - Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure effective delist/new SKU execution.Were Looking for Someone WithBachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).Proficiency in English.Proficiency in German preferred.Significant work experience in the Demand Planning process, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.Proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/APO/BW/IBP) preferred.Whats NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
