You will purchase, in due time and manner transportation services from approved suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best customer service level. You will optimize the purchasing cycle, maximize quality, minimize costs and ensure that purchase orders and contracts comply with all specifications. You will provide accurate information to supplier, verifying technical specifications with the end user. You will purchase the best services, offering the best value-for-money in the market, by assessing economic and technical information on the proposal submitted by each supplier. You will provide key data based on numerical analysis for decision making. Carry out the management control process, detect deviations and implement improvement actions. You will ensure fulfillment of Purchase Orders and Contracts and define the Logistics of the products such as maritime, land or air transportation. You will coordinate the activities needed to place a new Contract with all the areas involved within Exiros or Clients' organization, such as Quality, Safety, Normalization, Human Resources, Maintenance, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, etc.
