What to expect: Performing daily accounting – including but not limited to booking accruals, prepaid expenses, invoices, maintaining trade payable/ receivable ledgers, etc.Handle the processing and verification of invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policiesBookkeeping procedures, under the supervision of the Senior AccountantPreparation and verification of different reportsSupport the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, vendor payments, and resolving payment discrepanciesReview and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policiesOrganize and maintain accounting documents, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval and audit purposesCollaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate seamless financial operationsEnsure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations. What you bring along: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of experience as an accountantSAP knowledge and experience is a mustFluent in English or GermanProficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial processesStrong numerical aptitude and attention to detailFocused on getting the job done, responsibilities and deadlinesTeam player with good communication skills.
