Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Delivery : Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures. Strong working knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) and processes in order to ensure high quality service delivery.

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the company and external candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system, primarily using Workday. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Handle all the signed documentation to the payroll team.

  • Internal offers: Draft salary proposals for internal candidates and ensure compliance with local Compensation & Benefit policies.

  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders ie People Leads, Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers, Payroll, My Rewards, Work & Life, People Experience.

  • Working flexibly across other teams within the People Shared Service Centre as volumes in the centre fluctuate. 

  • What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Fluency in French & English is mandatory.

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, customer service or any HR admin field is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Work schedule: Full Time (hybrid model).
