Junior HR Administrator- maternity cover (2 years) in Bucuresti

Job Description What will you do: Ensuring all activities related to personnel records within the company in accordance with the company's policies and the legislation in force. Manage the Occupational Medicine / Security and Health process in collaboration with the external provider. Manage employee documentation, including contracts and certificates in TrueHR tool Methodically managing time records, preparing timesheets, meal tickets reports, leave reports etc. in TrueHR tool Database management Report regularly relevant information related to employment status. Participate in HR admin internal projects. Ensuring admin support for travel expenses for employee and visitors Manage the office supplies stock and necessary orders to agreed suppliers. Maintaining the communication with building administration Provide admin support for the company events (both at company’s headquarters or in other locations) Qualifications  Requirements: Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation Minimum experience in HR field at least 1 year Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel) Fluent in English (B2-C1), French is a plus Ability to plan, organize and prioritize activities.
