Job Description We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience in personnel administration and recruitment. If you have experience in other areas of human resources, it can be considered a plus. In this role, you will have the freedom to implement the best HR practices and exposure at the group level. Recruitment & Employer Branding: • Collaborate with senior management to identify hiring needs and oversee the recruitment process. • Manage all aspects of recruitment: job posting, interviews and so on; transitions. • Understand team culture and the business needs to identify and implement actions to - constantly improve the attraction of talents, engagement and retention; Onboarding & Employee Engagement: • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and personalized support. • Participate in meetings and training sessions to facilitate onboarding and professional development. Learning & Development: • Support in designing training programs and facilitating learning events. • Assist in administering performance reviews and promotions. Labour Administration: • Implement companys Personnel Administration Procedure. • Manage staff documents and coordinate holiday planning. • Maintain contact with relevant government authorities. Payroll: • Work closely with payroll providers to ensure accurate and efficient monthly payroll processing. HR Metrics: • Deliver regular and custom reports, monitoring KPIs and HR metrics for timely reporting. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. • 2-3 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. • Good understanding of the full recruitment process. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Romanian. • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Ability to work independently and in team.
