Junior Industrial Buyer - F/M in Slobozia

EXPUR, asubsidiary of the AVRIL Group, is seeking a Junior Industrial Buyer in VIE tojoin its team based in Slobozia, Romania. Under the supervision of thePurchasing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing certaincategories of industrial purchases, including maintenance services, whileplaying a key role in sourcing operations, supplier selection, and negotiationsfor specific investment projects.**KeyResponsibilities:**1.**Industrial Purchasing Management:** Take charge of purchasing management forspecific categories, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines, quality, andcosts.2.**Sourcing and Supplier Selection:** Identify potential new suppliers, evaluatetheir capacity to meet company needs, and conduct comparative analyses forfinal selection.3.**Contract Negotiation:** Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the bestpricing, appropriate delivery times, and required quality levels.4.**Project Investment Management:** Participate in specific investment projectsby collaborating with internal teams to define purchasing needs and ensuringeffective coordination with suppliers.5.**Performance Monitoring:** Regularly monitor supplier performance, identifyimprovement opportunities, and take corrective actions as necessary.6. **Strategic Monitoring:** Stay informed about market trends,technological innovations, and regulations in industrial purchasing to ensurethe company's competitivenessJob qualifications :-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.- Previousexperience in industrial purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing sector.- Excellentnegotiation and interpersonal communication skills.- Abilityto work autonomously while being an effective team member.-Proficiency in Romanian and English, French would be a plus.- Goodcommand of computer tools and purchasing management software.**VIE Conditions:**- Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) contract fora duration of 12 to 24 months.-Attractive financial package including coverage of housing and travel expenses.-Assistance with installation and personalized support throughout the mission.If you arepassionate about industrial purchasing, have an analytical mindset, and areseeking an enriching international experience, this position is for you!
