Advanced in English spoken and written Fluent in Polish Autonomous and creative team player Strong communication skills Available to work 12h shifts (night shifts included) – but you can plan it    We will appreciate: Previous experience in Support/Helpdesk environment Experience in: reading XML Logfiles, using Linux terminal commands, performing manual tests Knowledge of monitoring tools such as: Grafana, Pingdom   Sound interesting?
