We’re looking for a Junior Key Account Executive to join our friendly and stable team. In this role, you’ll support the development of strategic partnerships with retail clients, contributing to our growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners
Travel up to 30% of your time to grow the retail portfolio and identify new business opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive mutual value
Conduct market research and share actionable insights and strategic recommendations
What We're Looking For:
A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role; tech industry exposure is a plus
Solid understanding of the Romanian tech retail landscape
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong numerical abilities
Confident in delivering presentations and clear communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player
Fluent in English
