Job Description Junior Sales Account Manager MAIN FUNCTIONS Successful candidate’s primary role will be to remotely maintain, develop and organize sales and marketing activities within respected area – Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia Primary functions in this role will be remotely negotiate current and develop potential sweeteners and starches local customers while following ADM internal procedures and sales department best practices. Secondary functions will be sales and marketing researches for the European sweeteners and starches markets. The candidate will rely on experience, risk management and analytical judgment to plan and accomplish different sales and marketing tasks and goals, deliver yearly budgeted results and support Central sales and distribution team customer and product portfolio development.RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the quality and timely implementation of the tasks assigned in compliance with the job functions;Responsible for the result of the decisions made by him/her in connection with his/her job responsibilities;Responsible for the correctness of the results provided by him/her regarding the implemented operations;Responsible for the implementation of commercial contracts;Responsible for violations of any legal and corporate rules, procedures and standards for healthy and safe working conditions, fire safety, food safety and environmental protection;Observes the confidentiality of the information intended for clients regarding prices, quantities, payment methods, etc.;QUALIFICATION:Bachelor's or Master’s degree: economics, business administration; organic chemistry; food industry; engineering computer skills – work with specialised software programs, integrated systems, MS Office, Windowsgood command of written and spoken English; a second foreign Balkan language will be considered a significant advantage: Romanian/Greek/Serbian and/or other language driver's license for category Bstrong relationship building abilitiesorganizational skillsexcellent written and verbal skillsteam playerExperience in sales or relevant area #IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
