As a Junior Sales Specialist, you'll be part of a stable and friendly team, playing a key role in expanding our retail partnerships and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with our network of retailers

  • Travel up to 30% of your time to develop the retailer portfolio and explore new business opportunities

  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners

  • Conduct market research and deliver key insights and strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For:

  • A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role; experience in the tech industry is a plus

  • Familiarity with the Romanian tech retail market

  • Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with good numerical and detail-oriented abilities

  • Confident presentation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented spirit

  • Fluency in English
