Junior UX/UI Designer in Constanţa

Figma (regular) Adobe XD (regular) At GGPredict we are looking for a self-contained UX/UI designer who will be a significant part of the research and development of our platform. We believe that esport games aren't just about shooting. There's tactics, movement, economics, and dozens of other details that go unnoticed – those are the crucial details to get the W.GGPredict’s mission is to educate players and help them improve every aspect of their game. In comparison to traditional sports, analysis in esport is very limited. GGPredict is changing that. We are looking for a self-driven and experienced person who will lead the process of creating the next features of GGPredict’s platform. If you like to do things on your own and to have some responsibility on your shoulders - this job is for you. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Active participation in the development of the platform by creating new features and modules for the panel visualizing the most important aspects of the esport games Finding bottlenecks and improving current features based on user data from Hotjar & Google Analytics Creating marketing materials: blog graphics, newsletters, and social media posts Qualifications✅ Experience in web interface (UI and UX) design confirmed by the submitted portfolio✅ Ability to present statistical data in an interesting and unusual way✅ Working with one of the modern Figma / Adobe XD interface design programs✅ Experience in working with gaming projects will be a great advantage✅ Knowledge of current design trends✅ Knowledge of UX guidelines✅ Experience of at least 1-2 years Nice to haves:➕ Knowledge of the esports industry➕ Experience in sports statistics➕ Experience in dashboard design Benefits: Private healthcare Multisport card Flexible hours Flexible work mode (remote/hybrid/from the office in Warsaw - Powiśle) 26 days of paid vacation per year on B2B contract Social events with the team like evening dinners or LAN parties Possibility to self-develop in courses, masterclasses and events (covered by the company) Pet-Friendly Office A young and ambitious team that wants to conquer the world Here is what the recruitment process looks like:Contacting candidates - Our HR team begins the recruitment process with the selection of CVs and portfolios of candidates who meet certain criteria.
