We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Bucharest. You will be responsible for management of international retailers in Romania.
Your Main Focus:

Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the customers.

Deliver the results in line with the targets.

Full ownership of the P&L, from GS to C1 (top to bottom).

Follow and bring up-to-date monthly accruals.

Negotiate trade terms with the customers.

Take full ownership of the end-to-end process from order to payment for allocated customers, in collaboration with a multifunctional team.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Requirements:
-
Experience in a Key Account role in FMCG company.

Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
-
Highly developed analytical skills: standard planning and operational analytics, some proficiency in financial analysis, being able to identify profitable sales opportunities and the development of financially viable long-term key account plans.

Well-developed sales planning skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/SAP.
-
Fluency in English.
