We have an opportunity for a Lead Executive Assistant to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will work with the local site leader and leadership team but also with stakeholders across the globe to support site strategy and priorities, as well as help the team be successful in all the projects that the team leads or supports as part of site, regional or global programs.
You will work closely with the site leader covering multiple areas: coordination of all site admin activities, meetings and executive decks, site engagement programs, special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
Key responsibilities
Serves as a primary point of contact between the site and overall Honeywell local structure Supports the site in relation with other governance groups, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings. Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries Manages scheduling, agendas, travel plans and appointments for site leader and other leadership members Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the site Creates and updates databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data Tracks and replaces office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Organizes and prepares for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings Maintains various records and documents for company executive(s) Completes a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed Key skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 3 to 5 years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or large team Results driven, highly independent & self-starter with a strong work ethic and moral standing Good coordination and influencing skills across different organizational levels, functions, and cultures Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas Comfortable interacting with high-level executives A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm Resourceful, can-do attitude Thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and time-management skills Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) We Value
