React Native (master) A global sports betting, casino and gaming company are looking to expand their mobile development team by adding a Team Leader to their React-Native department. The sports betting company are part of a renowned and world famous business who’ve been established for well over 20 years; their new digital team, of 2 years, has been making waves and they’re eager to continue their success. They’re looking for a Mobile Team Lead who will bring their creativity and experience to help build software with a spark of magic. This is a role that works closely with Product Management, Design, QA, and Back end Engineering to deliver full-featured mobile apps that sales reps love to use. The candidate should have a strong track record developing consumer iOS and/or Android Native apps, and experience with React Native. Job requirements Lead and coach a team of mobile developers primarily using React NativeWorking in an agile, cross functional, team working to deliver the best possible platform experience on multiple platforms.Develop performant mobile applications in React Native for iOS and Android platforms.Skilled in breaking down features into requirements, giving time estimates, and writing test procedures.Work with business partners to continually develop, evolve and improve web and mobile applicationsCollaborate with team to develop backend services that support both iOS and Android mobile platforms.Be focused on the end user’s experience and interactively improve performance.Implement analytics in all aspects of application and analyse results. Skills and Experience: At least 5 years’ experience of React NativeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldKnowledgeable in aspects of the mobile lifecycle, including application development, application structure, device and operation system API, debugging, performance, security, and deploymentBasic knowledge in understanding of client-server development in mobile environment, and proven architect skillsExperience with mobile delivery and integration of application systems with Apple App StoreUtilization and integration of mobile features like Push Notifications, Background Loading, Offline Content Storage, etc.Experience with Native Bridges - specifically iOS Object-oriented programming using Java, Objective-C, and/or SwiftExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and strong teamwork relationshipsSome experience with iOS ODR Why you’ll love it here: You’ll be part of a fast-paced high-energy team aligned with a passion for creativity and sports.
