Lead Product Analyst Ukrainian in Constanţa

We are looking for a talented and experienced  Lead Product Analyst  to join United Tech. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective allocation of resources, collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of solving complex product problems. Also, you will be instrumental in understanding and achieving our business goals through in-depth product analysis. In this role, you will: Lead and manage a team of analysts, ensuring effective allocation of resources Collaborate with product teams, including product managers and engineers, to drive product success Take ownership of solving complex product problems and contribute to strategic decision-making Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic business environment Understand business goals and demonstrate how product analysis contributes to achieving them Identify data patterns and dependencies, leading to the formulation of new product hypotheses Create reports and analyze key product metrics, such as LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc Research and conclude A/B test results, providing insights for product improvement Automate reporting processes and create dashboards for various stakeholders Operationally monitor key metrics, investigating and determining causes of deviations from expected values It’s all about you: speak fluent Ukrainian 4+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team of analysts Ownership mentality with a strong attention to detail in data analysis and reporting Proficiency in SQL and Tableau Solid knowledge of key product metrics and experience in building funnels Understanding of statistical fundamentals and experimental design Advanced knowledge of A/B and Multivariate testing techniques and sample size measurements Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher Would be a plus: Knowledge of Python or R Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI, Apache Superset, Qlik, etc.) Experience in efficiency evaluation of launched ads Experience in creating prediction models and segmentation Experience with mobile applications What we offer: Highly-skilled team.  We have several independent products and cross-functional autonomous teams with Tech leads.
