Lead SQA Manual Tester (Evening Shift) in Bucuresti

As our SQA Analyst Lead, you drive the creation and optimization of test plans to ensure increasingly thorough and efficient test, as well as ensuring the QA team executes on the plans. You will also work with the team to provide the test results of various features in development and collaborate closely with the development team to deliver world-class online features and services. Responsibilities: Manage the local QA team & possibly testers in other locationsAct as the champion of quality promoting best practices in collaboration with Engineering & Product managementEnsure quality standards and processes are always followedDefine and refine the internal quality processesMentor and coach members of the teamPromote a culture of growth and continuous improvements within the team Must have: 3-5 years of QA experience in the web development sector1-2 years of QA Lead experienceExtensive experience with bug & test case management, tracking and reporting programs (i.e. TestRail, Jira).Experience with functional and non-functional testingExperience with black-box, white-box, and grey-box testingGood knowledge of web tech stack (HTML, CSS, RESTful API … etc.)Working experience with REST API testing and POSTMANGood knowledge and understanding of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) software development processProven ability to define test scope and create test casesProven ability for transferring knowledge into documentationDemonstrated leadership and project planning skillsDemonstrated ability to plan based on available resourcesStrong understanding of different levels of testing and test reportingAttention to detail during the test and audit processesExperience with managing a team of Quality AnalystsClear and effective communication skills (verbal & written)Shipped multiple features, games, web pages, web features, mobile apps, servicesSelf-Sufficient & able to drive organizational vision with minimal supervision Nice to have: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience (preferably technical discipline) is a plus.Experience with automation and automation tools (Selenium, Katalon, or similar)ISTQB Certification (Foundation, Analyst, Test Manager)
