Working in collaboration with colleagues in various HR functions and BPO providers, you will be the motivator in driving the HR transformation. The transformation aims to improve compliance, and accuracy, reduce risks and enhance controls through the standardization of tools and processes globally. A successful transformation will enable the state-of-the-art employee user experience and create a foundation for effectively outsourcing identified HR activities. For this high-profile and critical undertaking, we need skilled profiles bringing the right tools and approach to fulfill an important role. We are moving away from an HR legacy blueprint, involving many manual processes, and your work will play a key role in reaching our target operating model. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- A major player in our global HR transformation program- Lead a team of specialists working on Payroll and Employment Conditions standardization and harmonization efforts, including process documentation, automation, and building a knowledgebase of business practices across multiple regions. This will involve working extensively with regional and in-country HR functions- Own and supervise the Process standardization, Monitoring, and governance of global Payroll and Employment conditions. This includes the process of handling the delivery of payroll inputs from HRIS, T&A, Absence, Benefits, etc to the Payroll Team, design of payroll-related employee experience (Payslips, Year-end documents, Tax statements, elections, etc), designing employment conditions framework and process to handle employment contracts, policies, and regulations, incorporating local standard methodology and legal requirements within the region- Running multiple process improvement and standardization projects requiring assessment, design, implementation, and sustainability of the processes- Handle and control the outsourced Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) provider, to accurately document and maintain the process house.- Coach, mentor and develop teammates to ensure operational excellence and team member engagement- Stay current on HR industry-leading practices to inform strategic direction and process improvement- Collaborate and handle relationships with key stakeholders on all transformation initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and quality. Work closely with our BPO provider.WHAT YOU BRING - We are looking to meet an enthusiastic Global Payroll / HR Transformation / Process standardization leader who wishes to join our growing global HR Harmonization & Standardization team- The candidate must have completed a university degree in a business-related subject area (e. G., Business administration, HR, etc.), Preferably with a focus on HR, IT, process optimization / management, or digital transformation.- Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required- A min of 8-10 years’ experience in leading Global Payroll operations/consulting/ transformation (across NA/LATAM/MEA/EU/ASIA) with strong experience in vendor implementation and transition management.- Have experience in leading process standardization, new process design, and business process management- Have a proven record of running/supporting complex global Payroll transformation projects/programs with experience working alongside HR, Payroll, and IT professionals.- Have the ability and willingness to “roll-up sleeves” and delve deep into the processes- Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, and prioritize- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Very hands-on with the confidence to manage stakeholders and multi-disciplinary onsite and virtual teams- Ability to independently resolve complex problems where analysis requires the in-depth evaluation of numerous factorsABOUT THE TEAM In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – Standardization and Harmonization.
