Learning Consultant in Sibiu

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT Job ID: Location: VT Tech. EN Romania-Sibiu Lyon We are looking for a Learning Consultant to be based in our office in Sibiu. This role will include the following responsibilities: Definition of portfolio - ensure a professional training portfolio analysis to support Competence Management with definition and priorization of required training portfolio due to demands coming from competency gap analysis; Creation of trainings - creation & conceptuation of eLearnings and classroom trainings / align with competency management, experts and HR TMOD centrally offered trainings; Organization of trainings - identify most needed trainings and organize classes for employees; Continuous improvement - ensure continuous improvements in order to get feedback, measure success, setting best practices in methodology, specific contents and tools. Requirements: University degree in business administration or equivalent; Professional experience in a relevant business field and understanding of relevant business environment; Experience in organizing trainings, working with LMS and/or virtual training tools.
