Your profile:
- Law degree with solid experience of minimum 10 / 15 years experience in top law firms, multinationals, or consultancy;
- PhD/LLM in Law is a plus.
- Admitted to Bucharest Bar
- Expertise in contract and corporate law, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with international regulations.
- Strong communicator, able to work with internal clients and external counsels
- Client-focused, results-driven, and adaptable under tight deadlines
- Eager to learn and develop professionally
- Advanced English, with excellent legal terminology
What You'll Do
- Render legal assistance to internal clients in various jurisdictions under the supervision of the Legal Director.
- Draft and review legal documents related mainly to corporate and commercial matters.
- Prepare structured reports and contribute to legal department reporting
- Conduct legislative research (laws, doctrine, jurisprudence) as needed
