The Job You will be responsible for : Providing legal support for the company's operations in Romania. Analyzing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensuring the company’s compliance with Romanian legislation. Liaising with government authorities, notaries, courts, and other institutions. Advising management and employees on legal matters. Representing the company’s interests in court and administrative proceedings Assessing legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.. The Profile Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Romanian legislation. Experience in contract law and negotiations. Experience in communication with government authorities. Language proficiency: Ukrainian/Russian and Romanian or Romanian and English. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, high level of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
