Job Description
As a Level 1 Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for technical support in the vehicle repair process, supporting local dealer networks within a specific European country.
Provide first-level support to repairers (dealerships/workshops)Communicate directly with repairers in their local languageIdentify and understand technical issues encountered on vehiclesEnsure that all recommended diagnostic steps and procedures are followedProvide solutions when available or guide repairers toward resolutionEscalate complex cases to Level 2 support when neededWork in line with established technical assistance processes and standardsYour goal is to resolve technical incidents as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost, ensuring high-quality support for the network.
Work Setup (Important)
The role is assigned to one specific country: Germany / Italy / Spain / United KingdomActivity is performed on-site within client infrastructure in that countryRelocation to the assigned country is requiredNo cross-country travel is involvedKey Responsibilities
Manage and track support cases using internal systems (PAMIR)Ensure full traceability of each caseRespect service level agreements (SLAs) and response timesHandle an average of ~10 tickets per dayEnsure timely resolution according to standard lead timesQualifications
Technical Requirements:
Experience in aftersales automotive and technical diagnosticsStrong understanding of vehicle systems and componentsFamiliarity with OTA (Over-the-Air) updates and software-related issuesAbility to analyze technical problems and provide structured solutionsAbility to clearly explain technical topics (written & verbal)Soft Skills:
Result-oriented and well-organizedStrong communication skills (written and spoken)Customer-focused mindsetAttention to detail and problem-solving attitudeLanguages
